Our team

Care that takes the time to listen.

Our team is small, which means you'll see familiar faces every visit. We take the time to answer questions, walk through dosing, and coordinate with your prescriber whenever something needs clarifying. If we're busy, leave a message — we always call back.

Medication Management

Blister packaging & free delivery.

If you or a family member takes several medications, we can simplify the routine — your medications, organised, and delivered to your door.

Compliance packaging at RiteCare

What is blister packaging?

Blister packaging — also called compliance packaging — is a sealed pack with each dose pre-sorted by date and time of day. Instead of opening several bottles every morning, you peel open one cell. It helps people on multiple medications, caregivers managing a family member's routine, seniors, and anyone juggling a complex schedule.

About

Independent. Local. Here since 2016.

RiteCare is an independent community pharmacy in Surrey, British Columbia. We are not part of a franchise or banner. We've been part of this neighbourhood since March 2016, working alongside the walk-in medical clinic in our building.

Inside RiteCare Pharmacy

Our pharmacy

RiteCare opened in March 2016 and has been serving the same Surrey neighbourhood ever since. We're an independent operation — no franchise, no banner — which means we make our own decisions about how to run the pharmacy and how to look after our patients. The pharmacy is managed by Shiv Sharma, R.Ph.

The RiteCare Pharmacy interior

We're located inside a small medical building on 88 Avenue, next to a walk-in medical clinic. That makes things straightforward when you've just seen a doctor and need a prescription filled — usually you can walk in, hand us the script, and have your medication in hand the same day.

Legal

Privacy Policy

This page explains how RiteCare Pharmacy handles personal information collected through this website. It is aligned with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

Who we are

RiteCare Pharmacy (#103 – 12837 88 Avenue, Surrey, BC V3W 3K2) is the data controller for information submitted through this website. Our privacy officer is Shiv Sharma, R.Ph.

What we collect

We collect only the information you choose to submit through our forms — for example: your name, date of birth, phone number, email, address, prescription numbers, current pharmacy, and the contents of any message you send us. We may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (such as page views) — this data does not identify you.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your request and to provide pharmacy services — for example, to process a refill, transfer your prescriptions, enrol you in blister packaging, or answer a question. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

Form submissions related to pharmacy services become part of your patient record and are retained according to the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia record-keeping requirements (currently a minimum of ten years from the last interaction, longer for some records). General enquiries are retained only for as long as needed to respond, and then deleted.

Who can see it

Only pharmacy staff who need the information to do their job. We may share information with your prescriber or another pharmacy when you have asked us to. We do not share information with advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

Under PIPA, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and (in many cases) to ask us to delete it. To make a request, contact our privacy officer at ritecarepharmacy12837@gmail.com or call 778-565-5925.
